What data we collect and why

When you send the booking or contact form we collect the details you provide: name, phone, email, the activity and date you are interested in, the number of people and your comments.

We use them only to deal with your request, manage the booking and contact you about it.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box and sending the form, and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request.

Retention and recipients

We keep the data for as long as needed to manage your request and comply with applicable legal obligations. It is not shared with third parties unless required by law. The technology providers that host the website and email may process it on our behalf.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the email address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies and third-party services

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies by default. The Google Maps map only loads if you press “Show interactive map”; when you do, Google may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.

Analytics and marketing cookies

If you accept in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited), to understand in aggregate how the website is used: pages visited, buttons pressed and booking requests sent. We never send your name, phone number, email or the content of your messages to these tools.

Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) last up to 2 years. Marketing cookies are only used, if you accept them, to measure the school’s advertising on Google. Your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookies” link in the footer. If you reject them, the website works exactly the same.
