Grímpola Escuela Náutica has been operating in Puerto de Mazarrón, Murcia, since 1998. All these years of watersports stand behind us and allow us to share our experience in a safe, supervised environment.
Grímpola’s students include the members of the Club de Regatas Mazarrón racing team. At the school you will find qualified instructors who will accompany you as you learn, keeping an eye on your progress and helping you discover the secrets of the wind and of sailing.
We adapt to each person’s needs: whether you want to improve your skills or simply try a new activity for the first time.

La Ermita beach: a sheltered bay
The school sits inside the natural bay that washes La Ermita beach, Isla de Adentro and the marina. The bay is sheltered from winds and currents, with wide areas of shallow water for starting out in complete safety.
Puerto de Mazarrón enjoys an average annual temperature of 19 ºC, with mild winters, and around 3,000 hours of sunshine a year. Its location and its orientation to the prevailing winds make it a privileged spot for sailing all year round.
A few metres from the shore, at La Isla beach, Phoenician ships from the 7th century BC were discovered. And it is not unusual to come across dolphins or sunfish during a trip.
Everything ready to get on the water
Pastinaca dinghies, catamarans, Topaz Taz, Gamba, windsurf boards and sails, sea kayaks and paddle boards, with changing rooms and classrooms right on the beach.
